IPS Warranty
1 year on defective parts and labor from date of receipt; limited lifetime warranty on primary cutters and cutter shafts, except D.O.D. spec high security models, RC, B, and crusher model shredders/knifemills. Does not cover normal wear and tear. Warranty void on all models for operator abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration (modification) to shredder/disintegrator or any of its components.
